All ingredients should be at room temperature
- 1. Cream Sugar and Butter: In a mixing bowl, cream together the sugar and softened butter until light and fluffy.
- 2. Add Eggs: Beat in the eggs one at a time, continuing to mix until well combined.
- 3. Incorporate Flour and Baking Powder: Gradually add the flour and baking powder, mixing until the batter is smooth.
- 4. Prepare the Pie Pan: Pour the batter into a prepared pie pan lined with parchment paper to prevent sticking and ensure easy removal.
