Instructions
Step 1: Roast Garlic & Shallots (Air Fryer)
- Cut the tops off the garlic heads to expose the cloves.
- Place garlic and shallots on a sheet of foil.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Wrap loosely into a foil packet.
- Air fry at 370°F (188°C) for 18–22 minutes, until garlic is soft and caramelized.
- Garlic should squeeze out easily and look creamy, not dry.


Step 2: Prepare the Dip Base
- Squeeze roasted garlic cloves into a mixing bowl.
- Add roasted shallots and mash until smooth.
- Add softened cream cheese and mix until fully combined.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir until creamy.
- Season with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in shredded cheese.



Step 3: Air Fry the Dip
