10-Minute Strawberry Avocado Salad with Goat Cheese or Goat cheese

Ingredients
  

Salad:
  • 200 –250 g strawberries halved
  • 100 –120 g mixed greens or arugula
  • 100 g goat cheese OR feta crumbled
  • 50 –70 g nuts walnuts, pecans, or almonds
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • ½ cucumber or radishes thinly sliced
  • 2 –3 tbsp red onion thinly sliced
Dressing:
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Method
 

Toast the Nuts
  1. Toast nuts in a dry skillet for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
Make the Dressing
  1. Mix olive oil, balsamic glaze, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Assemble
  1. Add greens to a bowl
  2. Top with strawberries and avocado
  3. Add cucumber and onion
Crumble goat cheese OR feta
  1. Sprinkle nuts
Finish
  1. Drizzle dressing right before serving.

Notes

Tips

  • Goat cheese = creamy, soft, delicate
  • Feta = saltier, more structured flavor
  • Don’t mix salad too early
  • Use sweet strawberries — это база вкуса

  • Add seeds for crunch
