Banana Oat Bread (Quick 5-Minute Prep!)

Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup 100 g quick oats or blended rolled oats
  • ½ cup 60 g flour (all-purpose, whole wheat, or oat flour)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • or ½ tsp baking soda + 1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar
Optional:
  • pinch of salt
  • cinnamon
  • vanilla extract
  • nuts or chocolate chips
  • blueberries or raspberries fresh or frozen

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a small loaf pan with parchment or lightly grease it.
  2. Blend all ingredients in a blender or mixer until smooth.
  3. If adding berries, nuts, or chocolate chips, fold them in gently after blending.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until golden and the center springs back when touched.
  6. Let cool for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan.
How to Serve
  1. Make it fun and customizable for kids or guests:
  2. Spread with butter, peanut butter, or almond butter
  3. Top with fresh berries
  4. Add a dollop of whipped cream for a dessert-style breakfast
  5. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup
  6. Serve warm with Greek yogurt for extra protein
