Arrange the greens on a large, flat plate
Tear the burrata into small pieces and spread them evenly over the greens.
Prepare the nectarines and walnuts:
- – Heat the butter over medium heat.
- – Add the chopped nectarines (or peaches) and walnuts.
- – After a short time, add the sugar and cook until the nectarines are soft, stirring occasionally.
- – Increase the heat to medium-high and caramelize slightly, then remove from heat.
If using a baguette, warm it in the oven or air fryer for 1-2 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
Spread a fig jam over the burrata.
Top the greens and burrata with the nectarine-walnut mixture.
Add slices of prosciutto on top.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
Serve as a salad or with the baguette for making bruschetta.
