- The salmon should flake easily with a fork while remaining moist in the center.
- For medium doneness, the internal temperature should reach about 125–130°F.
- For fully cooked salmon, cook to 145°F.
Step 7: Finish and Serve
- Brush with any remaining glaze and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
- Serve immediately.
