These Mini Tiramisu Balls are an easy no-bake treat made with ladyfingers, mascarpone, and rich espresso. Soft, creamy, and full of classic tiramisu flavor—perfect for holidays, gifting, or a quick elegant dessert in minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 7 oz Savoiardi cookies ladyfingers 200 g / 7 oz (~2 cups crushed)
  • 7 oz Mascarpone 200 g ~3/4 cup
  • 2 tbsp Powdered sugar ~25 g / 0.9 oz
  • 3–4 tbsp Coffee espresso or strong instant 45–60 ml
  • 2–3 tbsp Cocoa powder for coating ~15–20 g / 0.5–0.7 oz
  • 1 tbsp Amaretto or rum Optional: ~15 ml / 0.5 fl oz
  • Optional surprise inside: roasted nuts or small chocolate pieces

Method
 

Instruction:
  1. Crush the savoiardi cookies with a rolling pin or in a bag until fine crumbs.
  2. Combine mascarpone, cookie crumbs, powdered sugar, coffee, and optional Amaretto in a mixer. Mix until smooth and evenly combined.
  3. If the mixture is too thick, add a bit more coffee. If too loose, add more cookie crumbs
  4. Mix until smooth and evenly combined
  5. Form balls about 27 g/1 oz. each.
  6. Roll balls in cocoa powder until coated.
  7. Optional: place a small roasted nut or chocolate piece in the center of each ball.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours to firm up.
  9. Before serving, sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar for decoration.
Tips:
  1. For a lighter texture, replace part of the mascarpone with whipped cream (unsweetened).
  2. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
