Ingredients

  • 1 –2 slices artisan bread ciabatta or baguette
  • 2 –3 tbsp goat cheese soft, spreadable
  • 3 –5 fresh strawberries thinly sliced
  • 1 –2 tsp balsamic glaze
  • Fresh mint leaves optional, but recommended
  • Powdered sugar optional, light dusting
Ingredient Substitutions
  • If you don’t have goat cheese try:
  • Cream cheese — mild and creamy
  • Ricotta — light and slightly sweet
  • Mascarpone — richer more dessert-like
  • Greek yogurt + cream cheese mix — lighter option

Method

Toast the Bread (Air Fryer Method)
  1. Place bread slices in the air fryer and toast at 375°F (190°C) for 1–2 minutes, until lightly golden and crispy on the outside.
  2. The inside should stay slightly soft.
Add Strawberries
  1. Slice strawberries thinly and arrange them on top of the cheese, slightly overlapping.
  2. Layering makes it look more beautiful and full.
Add Mint
  1. Tuck small mint leaves between the strawberries for freshness and color.
Drizzle Balsamic Glaze
  1. Lightly drizzle balsamic glaze over the top.
  2. Thin lines look more elegant than heavy drizzle.
Optional Finish
  1. Lightly dust with powdered sugar for a soft sweet touch.

Notes

Tips for Best Results

Use Good Bread
Artisan bread with an open crumb gives the best texture and look.
Don’t Over-toast
1–2 minutes is enough too much will make it hard.
Spread Cheese on Warm Bread
It softens slightly and tastes much better.
Balance the Flavor
  • Add a pinch of salt if too sweet
  • Add a drizzle of honey for extra richness
Presentation Matters
  • Slightly uneven cheese = more natural look
  • Don’t overcrowd strawberries
  • Add just a few mint leaves for a clean finish

How to Make Party Bruschetta Version

  • Slice bread into small pieces
  • Toast the same way in the air fryer
  • Add toppings exactly the same
