Burrata Bruschetta/Salad (Quick and Easy 15 minutes recipe)

A fresh and elegant burrata salad with caramelized walnuts, juicy peaches or pears, prosciutto, and fig jam. Perfect for a quick appetizer, brunch, or a light gourmet dinner—simple to make and full of flavor

Ingredients:

– 1 package of greens (spinach, arugula)
– 1 package of burrata cheese (8 oz)
– 2 medium peaches or pears for winter time.
– ½ cup walnuts
– 4 tablespoons sugar
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 4 oz prosciutto
– Fig jam (optional)
– Balsamic glaze
– Baguette (optional, for bruschetta)

Instructions:

1. Arrange the greens on a large, flat plate

2. Tear the burrata into small pieces and spread them evenly over the greens.

3. Prepare the nectarines and walnuts:
– Heat the butter over medium heat.
– Add the chopped nectarines (or peaches) and walnuts.
– After a short time, add the sugar and cook until the nectarines are soft, stirring occasionally.
– Increase the heat to medium-high and caramelize slightly, then remove from heat.

4. If using a baguette, warm it in the oven or air fryer for 1-2 minutes at 350°F (175°C).

5. Spread a fig jam over the burrata.

6. Top the greens and burrata with the nectarine-walnut mixture.

7. Add slices of prosciutto on top.

8. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.

9. Serve as a salad or with the baguette for making bruschetta.
