Mini Tiramisu Balls (No-Bake)
These Mini Tiramisu Balls are an easy no-bake treat made with ladyfingers, mascarpone, and rich espresso. Soft, creamy, and full of classic tiramisu flavor—perfect for celebrations, gifting, or a quick and easy elegant dessert in minutes

Ingredients:
- Savoiardi cookies (ladyfingers) — 200 g / 7 oz (~2 cups crushed)
- Mascarpone — 200 g / 7 oz (~3/4 cup)
- Powdered sugar — 2 tbsp (~25 g / 0.9 oz)
- Coffee (espresso or strong instant) — 3–4 tbsp (~45–60 ml / 3–4 tbsp)
- Cocoa powder for coating — 2–3 tbsp (~15–20 g / 0.5–0.7 oz)
- Optional: 1 tbsp Amaretto or rum (~15 ml / 0.5 fl oz)
- Optional surprise inside: roasted nuts or small chocolate pieces
This recipe makes about 15 balls, each weighing approximately 27 g / 1 oz.

- Crush the savoiardi cookies with a rolling pin or in a bag until fine crumbs.


2. Combine mascarpone, cookie crumbs, powdered sugar, coffee, and optional Amaretto in a mixer. Mix until smooth and evenly combined.
If the mixture is too thick, add a bit more coffee. If too loose, add more cookie crumbs
