Ingredients for Mini Tiramisu Balls No-Bake

  • Savoiardi cookies (ladyfingers) — 200 g / 7 oz (~2 cups crushed)
  • Mascarpone — 200 g / 7 oz (~3/4 cup)
  • Powdered sugar — 2 tbsp (~25 g / 0.9 oz)
  • Coffee (espresso or strong instant) — 3–4 tbsp (~45–60 ml / 3–4 tbsp)
  • Cocoa powder for coating — 2–3 tbsp (~15–20 g / 0.5–0.7 oz)
  • Optional: 1 tbsp Amaretto or rum (~15 ml / 0.5 fl oz)
  • Optional surprise inside: roasted nuts or small chocolate pieces
  • Optional: heavy whipping cream + powder sugar for dipping 250 ml + 3-6 tbsp

This recipe makes about 15 balls, each weighing approximately 27 g / 1 oz.

Instruction for Mini Tiramisu Balls No-Bake

  1. Crush the savoiardi cookies with a rolling pin or in a bag until fine crumbs.

2. Combine mascarpone, cookie crumbs, powdered sugar, coffee, and optional Amaretto in a mixer. Mix until smooth and evenly combined.

3. Form balls about 27 g/1 oz. each.

4. Roll balls in cocoa powder until coated.

Optional: place a small roasted nut or chocolate piece in the center of each ball.

5. Chill in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours to firm up.
